Emails are now turned on

Emails have now been turned on. This will allow new users to register and people to use the “forgot password” feature.

It’s supposed to allow email notifications for new content and private messages, though I don’t think that’s working right now. That’s something I’ll need to investigate.

My only request going forward would be that when moderators are appointed, that their identities as board members be disclosed. A big problem with the old board was that some moderators were also part of discussions without full disclosure giving them opportunity to shut down or suspend posters they didn’t like.
