Embryonic Stem Cell Research

I am a Catholic and have recently learned that I have Young Onset Parkinson’s Disease.
I would like to monetarily support and volunteer time to an organization affiliated with a cause to find a cure for this disease. However, I do not want to be involved in such an organization that is involved in Human Embryonic Stem Cell research.
Does anyone out there know of such a group determined to fight this disease but not at the expense of a Human Embryo?
