Recently I posted a thread regarding EMHC questions I had. I am very confused now and here is why.
This is a link to my diocese about EMHC’s
home.catholicweb.com/sbworship/files/EM_Guidelines_English_03_08_07.pdf
Some of the items in here clearly go agianst the Redemptionis Sacramentum.
vatican.va/roman_curia/congregations/ccdds/documents/rc_con_ccdds_doc_20040423_redemptionis-sacramentum_en.html
Is this ok for the Bishop to change the Mass in these regards.
As for #1. The Redemptionis Sacramentum clearly states that this is a Grave abuse. The Bishop states that a request for an indult has been resubmited so we can continue to do this. I know that I saw a link on here to the US Conference of Catholic Bishops stating that the indult was not granted but cannot find the link. Plus the usccb.org web site seems to be down right now.
Any help would be appreciated.

- (106)The Precious Blood is poured after consecration. And the EHMC’s are allowed to pour the Precious Blood into the chalices.
- The EHMC’s are allowed to go to the altar during the Sign of Peace which goes against the GIRM 2002 Under EMHC Chapter
