Enacted Theology- what does it mean to you

This question came up and I thought it would be interesting to discuss, in light of the sacraments and sacramental theology, especially for the Sacraments of Service, Marriage and Holy Orders.
 
What is “Enacted Theology”? You mean sacramental theology?
