Engagement/Betrothal rite in the Extraordinary Form

I recently discovered that there is a Betrothal rite in the usus antiquior of the Roman Rite. Given the renewed interest in the '62 missal, does anyone know if anyone has picked up this practice?

On a more practical level, given that the rubrics call for an altar server, I take it a priest without any help can’t celebrate the rite?

It is still done by priests who use the extraordinary form, if you want it done you just need to find an obliging priest. You might want to post this question in the traditional section to get more info.

He could. He would need to make his own responses and place his holy water where he can reach it.
