I’m looking at teaching ESL online. The company runs on Beijing time and I am in the US eastern Time zone.
Between my kids ages, time change and the hours the company wants teachers available, it’s a bit like a logic puzzle to figure out if I can take the job, if it’s offered to me.
Can I teach them on Saturday night, even if it’s Sunday morning their time? I know I’m not sinning by working Saturday night, but the children would be attending Sunday morning. Is there a sin in me encouraging them to attend an English class on Sundays? It doesn’t really feel right to me.
