EO russian chant Tutorials

I was wondering if there are any online tutorials /teacing videos for ROC chanting. I don´t mind the professional level as studied at music faculties (Iám really not that talented) but we have some beautiful singing lay women in our parish who sing in the ordinary hour prayers, for example. I won´t ask them to teach me, as the are very limited with time and I would like to train a bit first. Of course I culd simply hear the party while reading the liturgic texts to learn, but for a bloody beginner it´s difficult to understand and seperate the words in slavonic. I would also go for english or german, by the way
