She keeps getting fired from jobs because of “attendance.” She’s Epileptic and Bipolar and her meds, per year, cost $12,000. (Not a typo)! She’s been in a midwestern city since June, and has had her tires slashed and apparently slashed herself. She’s a prisoner in her apartment, and is terrified to go out. Her condition worsens when she can’t sleep properly. She returned to her home state to vote, and has gotten quality sleep, but said she may not have a job when she gets back.

Additionally, she’s a Traditionalist who refuses to pray the Chaplet of Divine Mercy, and hasn’t been to the sacraments in years. She doesn’t want to go on disability, and is determined to work at anything. She needs the benefits!

I told her to start a St Joseph novena, and pray the Five Holy Wounds chaplet. I also searched for online resources for her.

Any and all prayers for her please!

Blessings,
Cloisters

O Blood and Water, which gushed forth from the Heart of Jesus as a fountain of Mercy for us, I trust in You!

Our Father, Who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name; Thy kingdom come; Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil, Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace. The Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death, Amen.

Eternal Father, I offer you the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of Your Dearly Beloved Son, Our Lord, Jesus Christ, in atonement for our sins and those of the whole world.

For the sake of His sorrowful Passion, have mercy on us and on the whole world. x10

Holy God, Holy Mighty One, Holy Immortal One, have mercy on us and on the whole world.

who refuses to pray the Chaplet of Divine Mercy,
This is a private devotion so we are not bound to it.
She might like some older devotions, how about The Holy Face devotion?

I will pray for her.

LORD Jesus please heal your daughter of her bipolar and epileptic. Please be with her always.

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Amen.

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.

Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.

Amen.

Prayer for a Miracle

God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from
the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal (Cloister’s friend). You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by
speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from
the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into Cloister’s friend’s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen

Prayer to St. Joseph for the Unemployed

O Saint Joseph, we pray to you for those who are out of work, for those who want to earn their living or support their families.

You who are the patron of workers; grant that unemployment may vanish from our ranks; that all those who are ready to work may put their strength and abilities in serving their fellowmen and earn a just salary.

You are the patron of families; do not let those who have children to support and raise lack the necessary means. Have pity on our brothers and sisters held down in unemployment and poverty because of sickness or social disorders. Help our political leaders and captains of industry find new and just solutions. May each and every one have the joy of contributing, according to his abilities, to the common prosperity by an honorable livelihood. Grant that we may all share together in the abundant goods God has given us and that we may help underprivileged countries. Amen.

Our Father, Who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy Name. Thy Kingdom come, Thy Will be done, on earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Dear Jesus, in your name we ask that this lady be healed of her epilepsy and bipolarity, that she can return wholeheartedly to Your Church, receive her medications, have a safe dwelling, and maintain a well-paying job.

She just resigned her job. They were about to let her go. Please pray she finds one with the benefits that will pay for her meds. Please, also pray for the VA healthcare system. A great tragedy exists in our midst.

For healing and peace.

Remember, O most chaste spouse of the Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who implored your help and sought your intercession were left unassisted.
Full of confidence in your power I fly unto you and beg your protection.
Despise not O Guardian of the Redeemer my humble supplication, but in your bounty, hear and answer me. Amen.

Update: she’s running a little fever, and is coughing, and her brother has covid-19. Her workplace won’t let her come to work with a fever.
