Has the Vatican approved a Missal translation in Esperanto?

No.

And probably never will.

Esperanto is not a language that people actually employ in their daily lives. The purpose of allowing texts in the vernacular is to allow for that everyday spoken language.

The Vatican has already made clear that there is no intention of even considering allowing the Liturgy to be used in artificial languages.

Congr. for Divine Worship and the Discipline of the Sacraments, Normae de celebranda Missa in «esperanto», 20 March 1990: Notitiae 26 (1990) 693-694

This was softened a little here
  1. As for the use of “artificial” languages, proposed from time to time, the approval of texts as well as the granting of permission for their use in liturgical celebrations is strictly reserved to the Holy See. This faculty will be granted only for particular circumstances and for the pastoral good of the faithful, after consultation with the Bishops principally involved.

So maybe (just maybe) the Holy See might allow a Mass or a few prayers in Esperanto for a particular occasion; but as for general use, it’s not going to happen.

Well, the New Testament has been translated into Hawaiian Pidgin:
Yes, Da Jesus Book. I have a copy that my wife brought back from her trip to Hawaii about 15 years ago. It’s a fun read.

Because it was just an experiment; a project and I believe Mass should be said in Latin in the Latin Church.
