It may be in an Appendix at the back of your missal for feasts of Various Places (or Various Congregations and Dioceses or something similar) – look under Jan 23. It is also possible that it may not be found in your '62 missal if it conforms exactly to the altar missal. The reason is that it was one of the feasts ordered expunged from the missal in 1961 unless there was some particular link of the Congregation or Diocese to the event (prior to this, and more so before 1911, many dioceses had it on the calendar solely “out of devotion” and as a method of reducing the length of the Office).
