Esther 3:10-13

The protestant bibles are missing 7 books and portions of Daniel and Esther, I don’t have a protestant bible. Is the part that is missing from Esther, Esther 3:10-13? I’m just wondering because it talks about a signet ring and it sounds a lot like a fisherman’s ring the Pope wears, I’m just thinking that may be why that part is missing (if it even is that part).
