No it does matter what they believe about Jesus. As far as “It don’t say anything about any faith and what they contain.” I was answering your question on the CC. I should have made myself more clear on that. I guess you misse the AS SAVIOR part in the original post. If you believe Jesus is nothing or a crazy man or not God himself or believe he is a evil person then you do not have a sincere commitment to believe in what Jesus stands for or to believe that he is our Savior, the Son of Man. the Light of the World, the one who died for our sins. To believe in Jesus is to believe in what he stands fo, who his is and why he came to earth.
I appolize for sounding rude in my other post but I thought you were playing word games because I believed you knew what I meant seeing that you are a follower of Christ also.

Verbum has a legitimate question. You need to actually read what people are saying, RK, you do this all the time, seemingly get offended when someone doesn’t understand your meaning. He is asking a legitimate question in a polite manner.

One does not always know what others believe when they are “followers of Christ”. The folks at the WBC call themselves Christians, you know, although they are an extreme case. I guess we can’t always assume.
