Eucharistic Fast in the Eastern Rites

In the Latin Rite, the Eucharistic fast is one hour before recieving. What is the Eucharistic fast in the Eastern Rites?
 
We in the East approach things a little differently. The general understanding is that the fast should be from midnight the night before. However, this is an ideal. The minimum would be the same one hour that the West uses.
