Eusebius considered Ignatius to be a member/leader of the Catholic Church.

If you did, we’d have to make certain to say that the EO, EC and Coptic churches are all invalid churches and not the apostolic churches which Eusebius and Ignatius would be part. That would be the consistent logic therein.
