Basically my friend is struggling with an eating disorder and so all her friends are supporting her as best we can. We have wrote letters to her explaining what we think and that we will be there and stuff. I suggested that we start a Novena for her. Now i picked the Novena of confidence the Sacred Heart as I wanted for us all to be able to pray the same prayer each day, so i made sure it wasn’t directed at the saints as best i could. But this morning i thought about the Sacred Heart bit 
In short, will the Novena cause offence at all to an evangelical/non-denominational Christian?
