Obviously from the standpoint of people’s experience in this life, it is not the case.

The thought might have some merit in terms of souls, though.

An enemy is set up to people who would deny and defy their Maker - it hopes to reap them, and as it goes it martyrs Christians.

Yes, Islamists (I believe this is what is meant) do a lot of evil, yes they are in error, yes their man-made ideology contains many flaws and abominable worldly mistakes, but they might still be the agents of His Wrath in this world. They might be MEANT to exact great violence and wreak havoc. Perhaps the “King of ISIS serves Him also”.

Was the fate of Sodom nice and friendly? Was the Great Flood gentle and civil? Frankly our civilisations defy GOD Himself and are busy trying to usher millions of Christians towards the fire of Gehenna. I believe that when eg: ISIS viciously murders someone for refusing to deny Christ and spit in the face of God, it does at least send that person straight to Heaven, and the same may be true of other good people who are targeted to suffer and die. I pray that it is, and that those who die, know this and are comforted as they go.
Matthew 10:28:
Do not fear those who kill the body but are unable to kill the soul; but rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.

He might have something there.

If you go to youtube and watch some of the videos of Islamic propaganda or conversion stories, you will find that 9/11 was, in fact, the best thing that happened to Islam–people who otherwise couldn’t care less started investigating Islam and converting. A lot of the converts originally began reading about Islam trying to find the “bad” things and ended up converting. Myriam Francois-Cerrah is an example. Now she is a spokesperson for Islam in the UK.

So it could work the other way. Remember that there is no such thing as bad publicity!

Very good and interesting. Indeed others have said all Muslims believe in eventual world rule and to be careful about Muslim moderates getting off the fence and support militancy. Also that a weak response from the rest of us affects that flow of moderates towards militancy.

Blessings
