Evangelization in the Middle East

I received a mailing from Sat-7 North America, which is a group broadcasting Christian programs to the Middle East. It says thousands of people are coming to Christ throughout Iran and Afghanistan by means of the radio broadcasts. This is splendid, of course.
Does anyone know what Catholics are doing in those areas?

Iran and Afghanistan are not Middle East.

What Catholics are doing in these areas? We’re living as best we could, side by side with Muslims.

generally, Christians try to keep the work that they do fairly quiet, depending on the country, converting to Christianity from islam may be punishable by death
