I’ve been giving away bibles and other Catholic books to friends, co-workers and acquiantance in the church and anybody who I ask if they have one. After awhile I ask them questions and it seems they are not quite reading it.
Perhaps the best way is to get them pump up by reading something that will keep them going and ask for more.
**How can I get them read a basic spiritual book and come back asking for more? **Can somebody give basic reading tools for our fellow brothers and sisters who are just a Sunday Catholics or part time Catholics?
In the parables of the sower if the seeds fell on the road the birds came and ate them up. Others fell on the rocky places where they did not have much soil and immediately they sprang up, but they had no depth on the soil. When the sun had risen they were scorched and withered away.
Pearhaps books for children, teenager and adult. Thanks a lot and God bless us all…
