I have seen much worse.
And I agree, people should see these images, they need a little dose of reality. I am sickened when I think about partial birth abortion as well and the new bill.
I went with someone early last year to an abortion clinic. Don’t want to go into details but they were both dying and since then the mother has gone into remission. Anyway,. the doctor sent her to an abortion clinic in a ritzy part of town. I was stunned, it was a beautiful 2 story English style home in a residential area. I walked in and felt** it**…saw it as a beautiful facade. A house of death.
What stunned me more was the reasons why some were there. All were nervous looking women, from underage with adult boyfriends, to women in their 30 and 40’s.
Just about every one of them started to spill. Maybe was their nerves. But it was very hard for me not to come unglued on a selfish women there with her expensive car, jewelry, and top of the line laptop.
She was engaged, her fiance did not even know she was pregnant. He called her cell when I was there in the waiting room. She lied about where she was.
She kind of laughed nervously, then told me she was there because she already had her fitting for the wedding gown, and if she showed it would ruin the wedding photos. And her dress would have to be re-altered. “Everything has to be perfect!” were her exact words. She was afraid he would want it.
Lots of really selfish reasons, reasons I would be too ashamed to even tell someone if I was in their shoes. But this Bride? She took the cake.
