There is alot of evil and sin on the internet, we all know it and some of us have experienced the shameful evil of it first hand…but there are good people and good sites like this which are not evil and are great and even…wonderful, sites which can be used for the good of the soul and not its destruction! Let use this site and other similar sites for Evangelization and pray that those who use the internet for improper or impure reasons can be converted and learn the good points of it!!!

We must pray for purity not only on the internet but in our world!

Wow! It’s so funny; I was about to make a post about the same thing! I love Reddit, but my goodness is it atheist! And a host of other things! I stay on their r/adviceatheists subreddit, which is atheist memes, I suppose, to explain. I comment and kindly correct people. Some people have been so so so courteous and polite and have debated me. Others have been beyond rude. And that’s ok. I mean, we were sent into the world to deal with the rude ones:p

I think more people should lurk on those sites, commenting and correcting (just don’t “evangelize” you could be removed) like Jesus would. Reddit especially.

Going out into the world isn’t just helping those on the street- it includes reaching out to our brothers and sisters online. Plus, going on specifically atheist or Protestant or whatever sites is like shooting the fish in the barrel. There’s no way you’ll be preaching to the choir!

It’s like the crusades, except there’s no blood and the purpose is totally different-yet-not:D

Ps…how do you start a forum/post thing? I can’t seem to figure it out:(

Praying with you. Praying for all the children & young people falling prey to this evil.

I listen to our own “morning zoo” type show here and I’ll comment Without overtly evangelising. The dj has overtly stated they he is an uber-atheist; not only he doesn’t believe in God, he believes that not even believers believe in their God.

Anyway, we must pray for them, pray for our children and for our world leaders

To start a new thread, you go to a section, such as “Evangelization” here, and on the upper left above the posts you see “New thread.”
click on that.

Thanks for your post…sorry I beat you to it! Haha- it took me quite a while to work out how to use and do things on this site, it’s not simple like “facebook” or something like that- to start a thread you go to today’s posts and then at the very bottom on the right hand side there is a list of options and topics, select which ever topic you want and then it should take you to that subject and give you the “new thread” option and the top of the page on the left? Hope that works for you.

You are right about what you said in regards to some people make great debates/discussion but there are people who go far too far and rude- although some people make comments without understanding what they are saying- have done it myself, but we mustn’t “criticize” or be unkind- as you say we must strive to teach and guide, and correct where and when we can but properly and not as if we know better and are better Christians!

God bless you!
