I was involved in a lot of occult practices in the past and evil spirits are tourmenting me now. I keep having negative thoughts. Whenever I want to pray, I feel too tired to do so. I feel a lot of sudden anger. I also keep feeling guilty, sad, anxious. These feeling came right after I was practicing a lot of occult techniques, such as kundalini yoga, but I did much more things tgan just that.
Please pray to god to make these evil spirits leave me. I don’t have enough power to get rid of them myself, I kept trying but they wont leave me.

A couple of things in order to help you… 1: Are you Catholic? 2: Have you spoken with a Priest in Confession and thus made a good, complete, Confession? 3: If yes to the first two questions, than I would go to the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass as often as you’re able.

Have you ever heard of the Jesus Prayer? It is: Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me, a sinner. Pray this often throughout the entire day (do so quietly but with the lips aloud).

Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle. Be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil; May God rebuke him, we humbly pray; And do thou, O Prince of the Heavenly Host, by the power of God, thrust into hell Satan and all evil spirits who wander through the world for the ruin of souls. Amen.

Prayer to St. Michael

St. Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle. Be
our defense against the wickedness and snares of
the Devil. May God rebuke him, we humbly pray,
and do thou, O Prince of the heavenly hosts, by
the power of God, thrust into hell Satan, and all
the evil spirits, who prowl about the world seeking
the ruin of souls. Amen.

@Marymary32: I practiced Vinyasa flow yoga for six years. Vinyasa flow teaches
awareness of the body and the breath. Where is my body holding tension? I relax.
Am I breathing freely? I concentrate on how to breathe steadily.

I still use Vinyasa flow breath and relaxation techniques – especially when I’m
getting dental work. I feel much better when I don’t grip the chair arms and
hyperventilate.

If you practiced yoga as I did with the same intention, then you didn’t dabble
in anything that’s evil.

I guess just pray through the anger and tiredness…as someone with A LOT of anger, especially towards God, I still try to pray the rosary despite how I feel.

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.

Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.

Amen.

@Marymary32: I should clarify that I used a DVD to practice the yoga. It wasn’t a class. So nothing was sneaked in. A class might be a completely different experience.

I pray that our Heavenly Father quickly addresses your personal intentions. Calling out humbly for His help and for the prayers of others show that you are His servant. He is greater than any problem you have.
