So, when you go to Confession, should you mention all the Sundays that you weren’t in a state of Grace?
 
No, as long as you actually attend Mass every Sunday, you have still fulfilled your obligation. It doesn’t matter whether you were in a state of grace or not. However, you must ensure that you are in the state of grace to receive Jesus in Holy Communion or else you commit sacrilege against Him and that must be repented of and confessed.
