Expecting grandchild please pray for healthy baby

Lord please hear my prayers for my son Joe and his wife Kirsty who are pregnant with their second child. I pray the baby is healthy and that mother and baby have a safe pregnancy and delivery.Please Lord grant a healthy child to them and their young son.You kmow the worries I have with a history of spina bifida in the family.Please Lord grant a healthy child.Thankyou Lord for hearing all our prayers and for Your many blessings Amen

Dearest Mary, I look to you now for the help of your maternal love. You understand my daughter in laws trials as an expectant mother. You bore Jesus in your womb. You know the doubts and anxieties that beset me; you know the bodily suffering she endures. Like you, may I turn all these sorrows into joy. You overcame anxiety by a loving trust in God; you overcame doubt by gentle resignation to His will.
Your motherhood lifted your mind above earth and kept it close to God.
So speak to Jesus now with me, beloved Mother, as I seek prayerfully to learn to bear the trials of motherhood with joy.

Infant Jesus, I pray for Kristi and Joe’s baby, that he may be born healthy. Mother Mary, pray for this family. Mother Mary, as you held baby Jesus in your arms, I pray for this family that they may hold Infant Jesus in their hearts.

I fervently pray for the forgiveness of sins of yourself, your son and his wife. I also pray that they may be protected from all problems during the pregnancy and delivery, that the baby may be healthy, safe and may have an easy birth, and that the baby may be specifically protected from spina bifida. I also pray that all those in your family, and everyone in the world, with spina bidifa may be healed of it and forgiven all their sins. I ask for the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the guardian angels of all for whom I pray, and St. Elizabeth, patron saint of pregnant women. God bless. 🙂
