Failed A Class and need help getting it off my transcript

I failed a class at my local college due to missing a deadline and my teacher having a very confusing deadline for final exams. I want to know what prayers I should use to get the “F” off of my transcript. Any prayer and any help or advice is greatly appreciated.

Full of Grace,
The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit
of thy womb, Jesus.

Mother of God,
