Lord, inspire those men and women
who bear the titles “Husband” and “Wife”.
Help them to look to You
to themselves
to one another
to rediscover the fullness and mystery
they once felt in their union.
Let them be honest enough to ask:
"Where have we been together
and where are we going?
Let them be brave enough to question:
“How have we failed?”
Let each be foolhardy enough to say:
“For me, we come first”.
Help them, together
to reexamine their commitment
in the light of Your love,
willingly, openly, compassionately.

An alternate take on Marriage?

Man and Woman Married in the Garden without being kicked out is a GOOD WORKING MARRIAGE, There is no Enmity…

Man and Woman Married in the Garden while being kicked out, Marriage is broken there is Enmity, All Marriages are Broke, The One Flesh however is incorruptable…

but yes, all marriages that have ever been have been are in a broke state…

Everyone thinks there Marriage is failing, YES IT IS… it is… Everyone of them.

No its on God until you divource is the thing, God broke the Marriage for you at the very
start (Genesis) , “AND I WILL PUT ENMITY…” God broke your Marriage, So just let it ride.

It will straighten out over time, something will happen and that sense you got of it will break and both you and he will be allright… No something is going on, let it ride.

You are not failing your Marriage, neither of you are failing, something is just going on, on a level that you cannot see or understand (hence people have that feeling “My Marriage is broke.” Of course it is , but just let it ride.

No I know an old man that had to become a truck driver to keep his marriage, well he was living with 4 woman in one household, and he couldn’t do it, so he became a truck driver,
and that saved his marriage… Don’t divource, do something but don’t divource…Being a Truck Driver is not divourcing, it is getting the heck gone without divourcing… Whatever it is going on will cease at some point…

This man and his wife are on their 60th wedding anni… The pay off is better, and should your hubby decide to end it all, FINE then you got yourself an automatic divource, and you don’t have to worry about the Ramifications with respect ot the church… (A little Marriage Humor)

Also, don’t fight in front of the children, that is another thing you ABSOLUTELY CANNOT DO… Discuss out of the ears and eyes of Children…

It will work itself out however…

I don’t care if you are choking the **** out of your husband in the garage, come back into the house with a smile on your face. “Hi Children.”

And play with your children… you will probably not fighting if you are doing crafts with your children around the table of the evening…

PLAYTIME EVERYONE, play with your children, you and your husband, construction paper and paper games (tic-tac-toe) , YOUR CHILDREN CAN HELP YOU AND YOUR HUSBAND SAVE YOUR MARRIAGE, and they won’t even know they are doing it…
Colors and paints and clay and coloring books and … GO really simple, Lego’s etc,

No I have seen that guy that everywoman and person hates, married to a friend of mine, I KNOW THAT GUY… I KNOW THAT GUY, But divource isn’t the answer, Unless that man is beating you senseless, I would not divource. If you are being phsyically beatin then that is a different matter. And if you are being beaten, then you need to let someone know…

But just general argument, 1]who cares and 2] just don’t do it in front of the Children…

No it will pass, it may pass like a tree branch growing through a tree trunk , but it will pass…

If he is not attending CHurch, then Fine use it, You are going to heaven and he is going to hell… So don’t sweat it you win in the end. And I can’t imagine anything more Ruthless than that.

If he has cheated then don’t sweat it , you have already won…He is going to hell!

Womanhood holds all the actual end result power so don’t sweat it. The Bible is written with that skew to it… There is no way for a WOMAN TO LOOSE!!

Marriages are hard at times,

If its nothing actually going on you guys are just put out about something that none of you may even know what, then just let it ride…

If he starts in just GO stupid on the guy, Look at him Blankly and don’t say a word…

No I don’t necessarily agree with counseling, because it is kinda not what any marriage
is about , People beleive in a Perfect Marriage, and there is NO SUCH THING, Only had
Adam and Eve stayed in the Garden would Perfect Marriage, be in the Realm of MAN…

There is no counselor on this earth that knows what is going on inside a marriage… NONE, That is entirely ‘OF GOD’ that is not of the realm of MAN…

If you and your husband don’t have a fix on what is going on, then it is OF GOD, No see the fact that you are struggling means that neither of you know what the hell is going on, hence, that is also a sign of both your innocence’s… So See even the Enmity is telling God and yoursleves that you are both Innocent, BOTH… Because if you are both Clueless about what is going on, you have to be INNOCENT, and hence Your Enmity is also giving you a clue about your Purity and Innocence.

The pressure to fix a marriage comes from the devil , because if you look at it correctly, Genesis Wise, GOD ALREADY SAID YOU COULDN’T.

So the only place the God leaves the devil to strike is to put pressure on you to fix something that GOD has broken for you.

Its the devil, because a man and woman being constantly forced to FIX something GOD SAID THEY WASN’T FIXIN (Because HE made it that way) can only be the devil. So don’t try to fix it…

No see the trick fo the devil is to get that man and woman to Believe that they HAVE TO HAVE SOMETHING GOD SAID THEY WASN"T TO HAVE, “Our marriage has to be perfect.” First of all God has already forbidden it, so it can only be a trick of the devil…

So don’t fall for that Perfect Marriage ****…
 
A Sacremental Marriage and One Flesh is COMPLETELY HOLY, MOST HOLY.

So don’t fall for the devils stupid tricks…

No see everyone if you watch them get caught up in this “My Marriage is faiiling, My Marriage is broke, My marriage is this or that…” Don’t fall for that becuase it induces a sense to fix something that God said you ARE NOT FIXIN!! ,

Because we are living this the way God wants it lived and that means from a Fallen State, so that is suffering and allt hat other stuff that is accounted to Man and WOman as righteousness on the day… That ONE FLESH is the Closest thing man has to God outside of HOLY ORDERS itself, so… Don’t get it confused.

There is nothing to fix in a Marriage about Marriage, Your One Flesh is perfect before God, Holy and Incorruptable.

God already made your marriage Perfect from the stand point of the One Flesh, and fallen from the standpoint of enmity.

So what does that leave, Changing the Oil taking out the trash, doing the dish’s, washing the cloths, mowing the lawn, feeding the children, getting them off to Soccer, and Violin lessons and boyscouts and girlscouts…

So its probably a division of labor issue, so throw the darn TV out the door, and do your chores and play with your children.

The TV is wrecking familys and lives, I don’t even own one!!
TV’s are neat but they are most worthless peice of Garbage ever devised…

there are lots of things to do…

Now here we will see the Beauty of Marriage once more, That woman in Curlers and robe in her bare feet come storming out of the house carrying a TV set that she carries to the curb and throws on the ground … It looks horrible but it don’t matter, because anyone who is married on your Block will understand… They will laugh… Marriage generates so much Humor if you look at it properly.

Judi, you know you are in my thoughts and prayers. I must admit I have been self absorbed withmy own problems, though not getting better. I havent heard from you either via email, i was starting to wonder whats going on.
Pls forgive me for not contacting you sooner. I really hope things have turned around for you.
Unfortunately things for me are pretty ****** if I have to say the least.
