The only time I’ve fainted in prayer was when I didn’t have time to eat before the Communion fast and got light-headed and ill while kneeling.
At my parishes, if someone fainted once in Adoration, much less 20 times, the paramedics would be called because there would be a concern about a serious medical issue, and the person would probably have to have someone with them for any future Adoration to make sure they would be okay.
Someone who claimed to hear the spirit speaking through them at Adoration would probably be considered a bit disruptive. It’s supposed to be quiet time for each person there to be with God, not the charismatic hour. Unless this was during a specially scheduled charismatic prayer service with the Blessed Sacrament, of course.
