My wife and I are wanting to start a bible study at home with our 3 children. We are thinking about once a week for 30 minutes or so. Our three children are ages 17, 14 and 10.

Is there a good Catholic resource that we could use for this time? Something that would appropriate for this age range?

I can find plenty of these types of guides but they are primarily written by protestants and we would like something that is Catholic.

Any help would be appreciated!

Checkout Ascension Press. They have several versions (by age group) of the Bible Timeline.

I just started regularly opening the Bible for my children, ages 5-13. I would read them the Mass readings of the day while they are having lunch. After reading, I briefly pause and then I ask them to give a word that ‘stuck’ to them based on what they just heard. Sometimes they also ask questions. Then, we read the reflection of the day from both the children and adults’ Living Faith. I get a better response from them using this very informal approach.

I hope this helps!
