I want to ask about this quote “The Christian should work as if all depended on him, and pray as if it all depended on God.” Sound like Semi-Pelagianism to me. What do you think? Or is it more theologically sound the other way round?

The quote is not making a theological statement, but is an admonition to Christians to work as God intends us to work, to be fervent in our mission: Most orthodox Christians realize that all DOES ultimately depend on God. The quote is to warn people against laziness. It’s part of our fallen nature to often use the fact that all depends on God as an excuse to not do anything, even though this same God has given us a mission. And as a warning against that, the quote is rather sound.

Blessings in Christ,

Kinda hard to argue with St. Augustine and the Catechism, para 2834.
