Father Deacon Sebastian Carnazzo to be ordained a priest!

Wonderful news today! Sayedna Nicholas Samra announced at St. Elias The Prophet Melkite Church in San Jose that Father Deacon Sebastian Carnazzo will be ordained to the priesthood in August and assigned to St. Elias as their pastor! Axios! Congtratulations Fr. Dn. Sebastian, Khouria Leila, and your beautiful children, with one more on the way.

Fr Deacon Sebastian is also teaching full time at St. Patrick’s Seminary & University, Menlo Park, California.

A few years back, while living in metro Detroit, I had the privilege of meeting Sayedna Samra in a small, private setting. This was about a year before his enthronement. He is just a marvelous person, and a great witness of our Lord. May God grant him and Father Sebastian many blessed years!
