Starting on May 4 and ending on May 12, with the Feast of Our Lady of Fatima on May 13. While the Holy League physically fought the Ottoman armies, it was only the spiritual battles waged by people across Europe praying the Rosary that lead to the Holy League’s victory at the Battle of Lepanto. As Archbishop Sheen put it in “The World’s First Love”, it is only through prayer that the Muslims will be converted, and it is Mary that will convert them.

Though, to play Devil’s Advocate, if a Muslim seeking to convert to the Catholic Faith visited that website and read some of their other stuff, especially their endless anti-clerical polemics, they might decide to stay put.

Most Holy Virgin, who has deigned to come to Fatima to reveal to the three little shepherds the treasures of graces hidden in the recitation of the Rosary, inspire our hearts with a sincere love of this devotion, so that by meditating on the mysteries of our redemption that are recalled in it, we may gather the fruits and obtain the conversion of Muslims to the Catholic Faith, which I ask of you in this novena, for the greater glory of God, for your own honor, and for the good of all people.
