what are some of your favorite authors and books? my favorite authors are probly ray bradbury, tolkien, arthur conan doyle, george orwell
 
good list! i love bradbury, especially. my three fav authors of all time are cs lewis, frederick buechner, and michael o’brien.

Catherine Marshall (Christy), Colleen McCullough, John Grisham. I am also trying to read the classics like A Doll House, Moby Dick, Civil Disobedience, just to name a few.
 
i read moby dick a few weeks ago, its an awesome book. captain ahab and captain nemo are probably 2 of the most interesting characters ive ever read about. along with sherlock holmes.
 
man, i need to read that. i’ve been meaning to for about 15 years.
 
Peter Danielson (hard to find now), his “Children of the Lion” series is a multi generational historical fiction from before Abraham through Moses and Joseph.
Shogun, and Tai Pan and Noble House from James Clavell.
