Favorite Childrens Missal

My daughter is in her first year of Faith Formation (she is in 2nd grade & 7 yrs old). We have been following in the hymnal and missal that the church provide during Mass, but I would like to get her a missal. Does anyone know of a good one?

Are the hymn’s usually included in the missal?

I just ordered a new one for my son that has the new Latin Mass translation in it. I don’t know if it has the songs. I will repost when I get it.

Personally, I have been waiting to further teach my son the Mass responses (he’s in third grade and third year of REC) until Advent.
 
be careful if you order on line a lot of publishers have clearance prices on missals and other Mass books with the “old” translation

I give all my grandchildren a subscription to Magnifikids the year the begin preparation for first communion. I have never seen a children’s missal that has hymns. I think a Sunday missal is the ideal confirmation gift, but again shop carefully and make sure what you are getting that it has the new translation. a good one will also have traditional prayers including meditations before and after communion, rosary mysteries, divine mercy, stations of the cross, guide to confession etc.
