(Baker’s Fourth Doctor was elected in “The Deadly Assassin”, and was considered President apparently until the Colin Baker episode “Trial of a Time Lord”, when they mentioned he had been stripped of the title for abandoning the post. Peter Capaldi’s 12th Doctor was reacclaimed Lord President after deposing Rassilon in “Hell Bent…” Why is everyone looking at me and whispering “nerd?” )
