Today is the feast of the great missionary apostle Mar Thoma Sleeha or St. Thomas the Apostle! It is an extremely important date for all St. Thomas Christians and many churches founded by Mar Thoma in the Middle East. We commemorate his life and the mission he took upon himself, traveling farther than any apostle to spread the word our Lord. Let us examine the day of his feast with reverence and joy.
