Federal Funding for Puerto Rico vs New Orleans and the border wall

Does anybody have the figures for how much was spent on the recovery of New Orleans from the hurricane damage several years back? We know the President wants $8.7 B for the border wall. But, where does aid for Puerto Rico stand in comparison to these other priorities?
