Why so rude? What purpose did it serve other than to perhaps make yourself feel good about yourself?

I am a cradle Roman Catholic raised in the old Latin Tridentine Mass. I have traveled the world (In the military) attending mass in many different countries, and heard it said in many languages. The Mass is still the only place our Lord and savior, Jesus Christ is truly present in the Body and Blood of the last supper. I am so humbled that He invites me to eat His Body and Drink His Blood! All praise to our God!

I have never heard of “Jazz Masses” but I can’t help but think that it to must glorify God! How happy He must be!
How could someone claim thay are Christian and not appreciate all God’s children?
Why do we have to do the Mass one way or another? Only because our “CHURCH” tells us how to do it. So, if the Jazz Mass isn’t “illegal” (For lack of a better word!) Then God Bless them for praising God the way they desire. If it is illegal it should be stopped! But either way it isn’t “Our” Jobs to say.

By the way everything Frank J says isn’t as dumb as other things. You just have to read a lot of his stuff to get the good things!

I’m not rude you maybe but not me.

Second try reading what the Traditionalists are say about the so called Jazz Mass and dancing girls at the Altar. I read mag like Latin Mass Mag and other Traditionalists writings. I feel that RC have the big chip on there shoulder.

You may have a problem with me and not the other way around.

You people don’t like it when someone brings to the front of your face the dumb things that the RC Church does.

Maybe I should pull from what I have and show you how great the RC Church is. We can start with the Vatican web site and lets see what the Pope Puis XII said in one of his statement on the Mass called Mediator Dei. He said to the fact that the church ever turn the altar around it would stray from the truth. Try looking up what Pope Puis XII said.

I don’t expect much from the Roman Church it made up of a bunch of _ _ _ _ _ up as bishops … Just say one word cut out for the PC’s a Catholic Answers…

**Hi Frank, I noticed that your posting was shortened.I was writing a reply when it disappeared. Did a monitor get you? You can disagree with people, just don’t get angry at them.:tsktsk: Critize what they say not them. You have some good points, I have read many of your posts. But I would have to agree that sometimes YOU are very rude. :ehh:
I have never been to a Jazz Mass. Never even heard about them. However, I am sure God is glorified and since Jesus is there in the Euchurist, I would enjoy going to one. Everything doesn’t have to be “One way” or “Another”. There are many cultures in this world. God is all of ours. It isn’t “christian” to critize another person’s way of worshipping God. Yea, they may be wrong, they may be stupid, but if they are sincere who are we to judge? Isn’t that God’s job?
