A Filipina UK resident refused chemotherapy and abortion so as to save the life of her unborn son.
She survived long enough to see him.

She was known to be living with a “partner”, the father of her son, but I reserve any judgment. As far as I’m concerned, her action is practically tantamount to martyrdom, for she refused on the grounds of her Catholic faith.
For me, she brings more pride to the Philippines than those scoundrels running its government.
