Finding a Record of my First Communion

I was looking through my baby book and noticed that my mother, who is now deceased, wrote that I was baptized at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church at the age of 7- this may or may not have been in Gainesville Florida or it could have been in Jacksonville Florida- She also wrote on the same page that I was given my name on February 16, 1958, at St. Paul’s which would have made me just a few months old. I know for a fact that this church is in Jacksonville. I’m wondering if I was baptized twice- the first time in the Episcopal church (because my dad was Episcopalian and my mom Catholic) and then again at the age of 7 in the Catholic Church before beginning my classes for first communion.

My question is this- how do I go about finding records for this and also, is there some place I can go to find out when and where I had my first communion.
 
Just call them, GIve them everyone’s name. Very simple process. They can send you a new, certified original.
