The only advice I can really give you is to sit far away from the priest while you’re confessing to him so he doesn’t vomit on your shoes in horror after hearing your awful sins. 
You are right, the priests have really heard it all before. Even if by some chance he hasn’t heard it before, he won’t judge you. To be honest, some priests would consider it an honor to hear a candidate’s First Confession.
A priest acts in persona Christi. I often tell people to be more concerned about what God thinks of them than what the priest thinks of them. It is God who is shocked and offended, not the priest. During Confession, Jesus speaks through the priest to you. So, really, you are talking to Jesus during confession, not a priest.
At my parish, people rarely ever go to confession. The few times I hear the confessional door close, I am happy and joyful.
