It includes:

1. Reception of Holy Communion
2. Confession within 8 days before or after
3. Pray 5 decades of the rosary
4. Spend an additional 15 minutes in meditation on the Mysteries of the Rosary (not saying it, just thinking about it)

It is a form of reparation for sins committed against the Immaculate Heart of Mary. It covers sacriliges, blasphemies and other things, how children are not taught to love Mary, how people denigrade her, question or deny her virginity, for people who mistreat and dishonor her images, etc.

We, as a people, must do reparations to atone for all of that.
