Looks like Disney has riled another group:

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Labor unions representing most of the nation’s 90,000 flight attendants have urged their members to boycott a new Jodie Foster film that portrays a flight attendant and a U.S. air marshal as terrorists.

You know, to me, this is like the Desperate Housewives thread. If someone is going to believe everything they see/hear on a screen, be it tv or movie, then they really shouldn’t be watching. I can’t wait to see this movie, which won’t be until it comes out on video - I avoid movie theaters at all costs - I can watch something much more comfortably in my own living room, and for a LOT cheaper. LOL

Anyway, not even seeing it, I can tell you that I would certainly not assume that every flight attendant is rude and has the potential to be a terrorist, just because of the movie. Anyone who would do so is ignorant, in my opinion.

More silly whineing by yet another “persecuted” group. :yawn:
 
Most jobs dealing with the general public would make one behave rudely - no different for flight attendants.
