What is preferable to be eaten or drunk immediately after Communin at the end of the Mass? Is it better to start drinking water or it doesn’t matter what to start with?

Did you see Fr. Serpa’s response in the “Ask An Apologist” section by chance? forums.catholic-questions.org/showthread.php?t=621160

Anything afterward is perfectly fine. Some people like to wait and that’s fine, too. I can’t imagine there’s any food or drink that’s any “worse” than the other.
Thank you for your caring & informing me about the response in ‘ask an Apologist’ section as I was waiting for it. GOD bless you.

Some Priests after the communion they distribute blessed bread at the end of the mass as a separation between the Saint Eucharisty and normal foods this is applied in many Grec Orthodox and Melkite Catholic Churches and asked one Priest he told me this is a tradition in our church.

Another similar thought: in the Rule of Benedict, Chapter 38, he writes: “Let the brother who is reader for the week take a little bread and wine before he begins to read, on account of Holy Communion, and lest it should be too hard for him to fast so long.” Again, the bread and wine are to clear the mouth before reading to the community at table for 15-20 or so minutes.

Antidoron is a blessed bread distributed at the end of the mass in eastern Grec Melkite Catholic and Orthodox churches before leaving the church.
This is what you mean ???

Thank you, this is partially what I mean.

Antidoron and other “blessed bread” giveaways are remnants of the times when people brought their offertory gifts in kind, literally bringing bread and/or wine to church with them as gifts. The bishop or priest would originally consecrate everything, in the very early days of the Church, and people may have actually been given consecrated Communion to take home with them for the rest of the days of the week. But pretty soon, the drawbacks to this came out, and bishops and priests began to pick out just enough bread to consecrate for Communion and use that up for Mass and the sick faithful who couldn’t come.

But there was still usually a lot of bread left over, and obviously anything that is brought to church to be a gift for God, you can’t take it back and treat it like normal bread, even if it wasn’t actually picked out for consecration. So the extra bread that didn’t get consecrated was given a blessing instead. Giving out this blessed bread to eat during the week replaced giving out Communion to take home with you.

Do Catholics wash feet during communion?
