For a father who died saving his sons' lives

Please pray for Sean. I did not know him in life, but his story has touched me…A couple of days ago, he was driving with 2 of his 3 sons when he lost control of the car because of ice, and slid into a pond by the road.
Sean kicked out the window, & helped his teenager out, then stayed & rescued his 3 year old son, Dylan…Sean drowned while rescuing the little boy, whose condition is not known at this time.
I know nothing about this family, except that Sean gets my vote for “Outstanding Dad” for his courageous rescue of his children…
Please pray for Sean’s eternal rest, and for the recovery to full health of his children…and for this entire family, enduring this tragic loss. Sean was 37 years old.

Thank you all so much. You all remain in my prayers.
 
Jesus please grant healing to this family in their grief and loss. Please ensure their recovery and welfare. Thank You, Jesus

That it a very tragic story of one very courageous Dad.

The kids and I were just talking about the perils of cars in water last night.

God have mercy on the soul of Sean and comfort his family.
 
Thanks for posting this. This accident has also been bothering me since I learned of it last week. The 3 year old was in the water a long time before he was rescued and is not doing well.

Please say a prayer for the family and for this young boy that he may survive, and thrive and recover 100% to tell the story of his dad’s legacy to his grandchildren one day.

I have felt the need to say a daily rosary for Sean and his family since the accident. May Our Lady deliver the prayers to Her son.

I tried to find a link to our local paper . Will keep searching.
 
I pray for the consoling of the family, and that there mourning maybe replaced with the love of Jesus in this very difficult time.

Our Father who aret in heaven hallowed be thy name thy kingdom come thy wil be done on earth as it is in heaven give us this day our dail bread and foregive us our tresspasses as we foregive those who tresspass against us and lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil.
 
Here is the link to this story. The 3 year old needs prayers for his survival. He is still in critical condition as of 11/24/08.
