Today, my best friend had his girlfriend leave him. He is Christian, not Catholic. As far as I know, the woman is neither. They were, without getting too descriptive, close.
If anyone (especially people in similar situations) could please pray to Mother Mary and her Beloved Son for these two…I might be able to sleep.
I fear for my friend’s health and soul, most probably because we haven’t had much contact in the last few months. I want him to have some joy. I want him to know that he can carry this to Calvary and offer it up to God the Father through the sacrifice of the Lamb. He needs the Holy Spirit to search the very depths of his being. Pray that he seeks God with every sleepless hour, every tear, and every breathing moment. Pray that he also comes to see his past relationship with this woman through the eyes of angels, that he might correct what he has wronged; that he might seek forgiveness and union with God. That he might love her enough to pray for her happiness and salvation.
It wouldn’t hurt if he became Catholic, so pray for that too.
