a spiritual director, so that:
- I can rely on him on judgements, which I am often confused in and doubtful about.
a spiritual director, and heal me if he is willing to.
Please rely on Jesus Christ and put all your trust in Him alone. And please try to
find your peace in your daily life, by knowing your yourself: your strengths and weaknesses.
For example:
What are the things you are good at? Clue: things that seems easy for you that others find not that easy. Ex. Singing, cooking, composing poems, cleaning & tidying, or anything.
Do things you enjoy and avoid triggers (things/ situations) that makes you fall into no-peace. For example: if being alone is good for you, then be. If certain people makes you anxious then try to minimize contact with them, or avoid topics that triggers your worry, and so on.
May the Holy Spirit guide you & please believe this: God is Love. He love you and He has a plan for you. He gives you talents and provide all the things you need to pursue whatever
goodness you want to do with your life. You only need to find those in you. Discover those
goodness He has given you since the beginning of time by the Holy Spirit guidance, you can find those in you. And please do not listen to the accuser who always try to
distract you from all
the good things from God
So, don’t be scrupulous. Remember: God is Love. Whenever the accuser speaks, just say in your heart “go away in Jesus Name!”
Pray The Lords Prayer every morning when you wake up. Before sleep, think about the good things that happened on that day/ recently and give thanks for that. No need to mention all. One or two goodness is enough.
Example:
thankyou Lord today I cook my own meal
thankyou Lord I am healthy
do not mention any bad things the accuser trying to accuse you. Just say thankyou for
the goodness only, no matter how small is okay, one or two is enough. And sleep thinking God loves you always.
May the Lord bless you & heal you completely from OCD & scrupulousity. And may The Holy Spirit guide you rediscover yourself and find your peace with yourself. Amen.
