For a priest who just had a serious operation

I’d like to request prayers for Fr. Nick, aka “The Frank Friar”, a Carmelite friar and priest who has a website/ social media ministry page where he shares insights about Carmelite spirituality and the Carmelite order. Fr. Nick underwent a serious operation this week, about which he’s been publicly blogging on his social media pages and asking for our prayers. The operation has gone well but he is suffering some pain and could definitely use some prayers.

Please if you can say a Hail Mary for the recovery of this helpful priest and for pain relief.

In Jesus’ name I ask that God please heal Fr. Nick and that Our Lady of Lourdes, St. Joseph, St. Luke, St. Anthony of Padua, St. Anthony Abbott, St. Teresa of Avila, St. John of the Cross, St. Therese of Lisieux, St. Simon Stock, all other Carmelite saints, St. Padre Pio, and St. Rafqa please pray for him. Thank you. Amen.

O Blood and Water, which gushed forth from the Heart of Jesus as a fountain of Mercy for us, I trust in You!

O Mary! Our Mother of Health, and Heavenly Queen seated on your throne of mercy and compassion in your Holy Shrine at Velankanni, we praise and honour you to be our refuge and our relief. Numberless are the sick who have recovered health through your intercession.
Relying on your power and goodness we come to you and implore you to heal our infirmities and to obtain for us good health of body, soul and mind, that we may better be able to serve you and your Divine Son Jesus. At all times, you have been the help and consolation of the infirm. You obtain for them health when it is conducive to their salvation. You assist them at the time of their death. Help us O Most Amiable Mother and obtain for us cure from all our sufferings or patience to endure them in submission to God’s Holy Will, so that all our trials and sufferings may help to purify our souls and get everlasting life after our death. Prayer for a Miracle

God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from
the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal (Fr. Nick). You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by
speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from
the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into Fr. Nick’s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen

Lord he is one of Your priests, serving Your people throughout his life.

He has prayed for many who are ill and face surgery, consoling and supporting them with kindness and the Sacraments.

Please now nurture and safeguard him as he recovers from this serious surgery.

Please heal and bless every part of him and his ministry and life.

Thank You, Lord
