For a Woman Who Lost her Husband

So, long story short: I do telephone fundraising. I ended up calling this one woman who kind of hung up on me in a very rude way. She ended up being the neighbor of my boss (and also a member of my boss’s church). During the call, I had learned that the woman’s husband was dying. Well, my boss got an email from one of the members of her church: her neighbor’s husband had passed away. So I guess if we could pray for this lady, whom we will call “Mrs. M” and her hubby that’d be great.

May Mr M rest in peace and the wife and family find comfort in each other and our Lord.

Dear. Father, please encourage others to give love and support to Mrs M, whose phone reaction indicates how stressed and worn her husband’s illness has left her.
Please bless Mrs M with consolation and recovery from past and present distress.
Please welcome her husband’s soul into your mercy.
