Have only gotten a few hours of sleep over the past few days.

Please pray tonight that I finally get sleep.

I am sicker tonight than I have been since this pandemic began

O Lady of Mental Peace,

Mother of Tranquility

and Mother of Hope,

look upon VitoJoe in this time

of weakness and unrest.

Teach her searching heart

to know that God’s Love

for her is unchanging and

unchangeable, and, that

true human love can only

begin and grow by touching

His Love.

Let your gentle Peace -

which this world cannot give
  • be always with her.
And, help her to bring this

same Peace into the lives

of others.

Still trying to sleep at night.

I am in a vicious circle. The meds make me so anxious. So I swim for the anxiety. It does not work. I am even more tired and cannot sleep.

I said my rosary, emergency novena and will soon say my Chaplet for all of your needs.

I love you all so very much.

I’ll pray for better sleep for you, VitoJoe. That’s great that you have somewhere to swim - I hope to start swimming again after many years.
I have had many nights, in bed at 9pm and still awake at 3am. I probably should be offering it up, perhaps for the souls in purgatory.
One thing that seems to help a bit, is when I go have a little yogurt, then go back to bed.
