OK, so I planted my bulbs a couple weeks ago because it was supposed to turn cold. We ended up having an Indian Summer and now my bulbs are growing! Is this going to ruin them for next spring???

Mulch them 6-12 inches with straw and/or grass cuttings. You ought to be fine, they are usually pretty tough.OK, so I planted my bulbs a couple weeks ago because it was supposed to turn cold. The same thing happens to us here in NY. We plant them in late October, early November and whoa-la, they sprout…
But they do come back in full bloom in the spring.
