For loved ones to walk with God

Most of us have family members and friends who are on destructive paths, who are caught up in the world, or otherwise not walking with God. Without judging them, let us pray for them that God will bring them to walk closer with Him. I think of my brothers, cousins, nephews and nieces. God knows the needs of each of them. I also pray for all of those who you love who need to walk closer with God.
 
Return of Lapsed Catholics to the Sacraments

Almighty Father,
You desire not the death of the sinner, but that he may be converted and live.
Pour out upon us Your mercy and hear the prayers of Your servants. Soften the hearts of Your children who have strayed from the true path which You established for their salvation. They are now forgetful of their duties as Catholics, and pursue the pleasures of the world. Grant that they may quickly return to the practice of every Christian virtue, so that their lives may shine with the integrity of faith, the fervor of piety, and the ardor of charity. Restore them all to Your sacraments and the life of Your grace, through the merits of the most precious blood of Your Son, our Savior Jesus Christ. Amen.

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Come Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of Thy faithful, and kindle in them the fire of Your love. Send forth Your Spirit, and they shall be created, and You shall renew the face of the earth. Amen.
 
PRAYER TO
OUR LADY OF EVANGELIZATION

O Mary, Mother of Jesus and Mother of his Church,
we are mindful of the role you play
in the evangelization of souls
who do not yet know Him.
We are mindful of how missionaries
came with the power of Christ’s Gospel
and committed the success of their work to you.
As the Mother of Divine Grace
you were with the missionaries in all their efforts.
And as Mother of the Church
you presided over all the activities of evangeliztion
and over the implantation of the Gospel
in the hearts of the faithful.
You sustained the missionaries in hope
and you gave joy to every new community
that was born of the Church’s evangelizing activity.
You were there with your intercession and your prayers,
as the first grace of baptism developed,
and as those who had new life in Christ your Son
came to a full appreciation of their Christian calling.

We ask you, Mary,
to help us to fulfill this mission of evangelization
which your Son has given to his Church
and which falls to us.
Mindful of your role as Help of Christians,
we entrust ourselves to you
in the work of carrying the Gospel
ever deeper into the hearts
and lives of all the people.
We entrust to you our missionary mandate
and commit our cause totally to your prayers.
To Jesus Christ your Son,
with the Father,
in the unity of the Holy Spirit
be praise and thanksgiving forever and ever.

O Star of the Sea, help us, and show us that you are our Mother.

O Holy Mary, Mother of God, Queen of Heaven and earth, we humbly ask you from the depths of our heart to help us in this necessity. There are none who can withstand your power.
O show us that you are our Mother.

O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee. Sweet Mother, we place this cause in your hands. Amen.
